Free support covers corrupt delivery, incorrect binding, installation failure, confirmed broker-symbol incompatibility, bug fixes and compatibility updates.

A refund review is available when XAU Factory cannot deliver a working account-bound file after a reasonable technical-resolution attempt. Any mandatory consumer-law rights still apply.

Trading losses, changes in rank and ordinary performance variation are not technical defects. Customers keep every delivered version and are never remotely disabled.
